Creating Career
Pathways for Youth
We help young Sri Lankans build practical skills, confidence and long-term opportunities through training, mentorship and community-based initiatives connected to the country's maritime future.
Building Futures Through Skills, Opportunity and Purpose
The Building A Future Foundation works to create meaningful opportunities for young people, especially in coastal communities, through training, personal development and pathways to employment. Our model connects education, hands-on experience and local economic development to help build a more inclusive and sustainable future.

Through initiatives such as the Ruhunu Sailing Association, we also create opportunities for young people to connect with the sea, teamwork and personal growth.
